RSVP before, attendance after
Parents answer Going, Maybe or Not going ahead of time. On event day the coach sees each RSVP next to the Present, Late, Absent and Excused buttons.
Fair percentages
Present and late count toward attendance. Excused absences are left out of the calculation, so a player at a family event isn't penalized.
Team trends on the dashboard
The coach dashboard shows the team's attendance percentage next to the next event and payment status, so problems surface early.
Private by design
Attendance is only visible to the team. Nothing about individual players is ever published to the public team page.
