Families can pay by card through Stripe; coaches can record cash or check payments themselves. BenchToHome never stores card numbers.

Send an in-app reminder to every family with an unpaid balance for a fee in one tap.

- No. Online payments are processed by Stripe; BenchToHome tracks status.
- Can I waive a fee for one family?
- Yes. Mark it Waived for that player and it drops out of the outstanding totals.
